ALVA RESIDENCE

The brief was to achieve a soft & calm atmosphere for this Mt Eliza ‘ALVA’ Residence. Using tactile materials for this family home, porcelain tiles, venetian plaster and engineered floor boards were introduced. The floor plan was reworked so that the kitchen dining and living could be an open hub for their family. Symmetry and form were considered so that the home would have a sense of softness and balance.
