Pre-Concept Design
Inception meeting with client to establish project brief and other requirements
Attend the site and assess site conditions and restraints
Review the project budget, program and deliverables
Prepare sketches that adequately explain the pre-concept planning
Provide visual direction for the Interior through inspirational imagery.
Select preliminary materials and palette

Concept Design
Provide overall floor plan
Provide visual direction through sketches, coloured renders and elevations for key areas
Select preliminary fixtures, fittings, finished and appliances
(as they relate to the joinery concepts i.e. handles, appliances, decorative lighting, stone, timber, carpet etc).

Design Development
Discuss internal joinery requirements with client.
Coordinate and attend consultant meeting and workshops
if required
Development of fixtures, fittings and equipment (FF&E) schedule

Construction Documentation
Produce construction drawings. Including, details, sections, elevations and plans.
Produce Finishes, Fixtures and Equipment Schedule

Construction Admin
Tender for builder
Attend site visits as required
Respond to builder and trade queries, RFI’s
Review shop drawings if required
Electrical walkthrough
Defect walkthrough

Furniture Procurement
Produce floor plan with furniture layout
Select furniture options
Select materials and finishes of furniture
Attend furniture showroom visits if required
Gain quotes and invoices from furniture suppliers
Provide furniture schedule
Place furniture orders and co-ordinate deliveries
