ARCH RESIDENCE

Situated along the water in Bonbeach the  ‘Arch Residence’ is a functional family townhouse. Malli Studio was engaged to review the floor plan and reconfigure the kitchen, dining, butlers pantry & laundry to be the functional hub of the home. Soft curves were introduced and collide with sharp clean lines. Polished concrete floors were selected and warmth was balanced with raw timber tones, natural stone and a flood of natural light.
